Fast Track is a blended learning approach combining in-dealership learning guided by pre-work, on-line testing and a 5 day residential face-to-face programme.

A coaching style is used in the face-to-face programme. Key to a successful pass is the performance in two role-plays with actors.

Throughout the programme feedback on performance is being given by peer group and trainers.
